A. Communication from the chief Executive informing the House about a consultative meeting scheduled for Wednesday , January 30, 2013 from 2:30pm -4:00pm at the Royal Grand hotel

B. Communication from Hon. Samuel G. Kogar requesting plenary to invite the Minister of Internal Affairs to explain why the Ministry has decided to remain silent on town chiefs salary payment across the country.

C. Communication from Hon. Dr. Bhofal Chamber seeking plenary indulgence in having the management of SIFCA invited.

D. Communication from Hon. Johnson T. Chea requesting the ministers of transport and commerce to appear before to explain the arbitrary setting of transport fares by commercial drivers and motorcyclists in the country.

E. Communication fronm Hon. Morias Waylee bringing to Plenary attention to critical issues relative to the development of the state in terms of roads rehabilitation

F. Communication from Hon. J. Gabriel Nyenka requesting the appearing of the minister of Finance to give precise answers and requisite clarifications needed to increase the remuneration of civil servants.

G. Communication from the Women legislative Caucus of Liberia submitting a copy one report which accounts for activities executive in the last period.

H. Appearance of the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Superintendent of Montserrado County to report on plenary mandate. Samuel G. Kogar seeking the concurrence of the Membership of the House of representatives to summon the Minister of Labor, Hon. Vabah K. Gayflor to explain to the Liberian people and this august body while there seems to exist bad labor practices, lack of transparent administrative skills and nepotistic behavior at the expense of defenseless employees at the Ministry of Labor.

C. Communication from Hon. Fofi Sahr Baimba .Sr raising a concern for the need of personal security service for members of the House of Representatives (EXECUTIVE).
