Egypt: Interior Ministry: Policemen Part of Homeland's Fabric

The Interior Ministry reiterated the commitment of the police apparatus to keeping public order and protecting citizens and properties.

In a statement on Thursday 7/3/2013, the Ministry said that the police personnel are exerting strenuous efforts to attain the target and offering the highest sacrifices at very hard times in the country.

The Ministry added the police apparatus stands at an equal distance from all political trends and powers.

The Ministry asserted that the policemen are part of the fabric of the homeland and will never clash with the people.

The Ministry urged all Egyptians to express their viewpoints peacefully and avoid any clashes with security forces.
