International Criminal Court has pushed the trial dates of Uhuru Kenyatta and Francis Muthaura to July 9th (file photo).

The trial opening for the ICC case against Francis Muthaura and Uhuru Kenyatta has been postponed to 9 July this year. The ICC says they deferred the cases because e there are issue raised by the defendants which cannot be resolved before the 11 April this year the date initially set for the opening of the trial.
