Kenya Premier League matches slated for this weekend will go on as early planned despite reservations held by some clubs due to the late return of their players from a short recess necessitated by the general election.
KPL administrator, Phoebe Amuyunzu, confirmed that the eight matches that have been scheduled for Saturday and Sunday including the three live matches to be screened on SuperSports will go on as schedule. "As far as we know, no match has been postponed so far and the programme will go on as the fixtures dictate," said Amuyunzu.
