Supreme court judges (file photo): CORD presidential candidate, Raila Odinga, has moved to court to challenge the March 4 poll results.

The high court yesterday ruled that it had no jurisdiction to rule on a case from the Africa Centre for Open Governance challenging Presidential results tallying and announcements by IEBC. A three judge bench comprising Judges Isaac Lenaola, Weldon Korir and David Majanja had been appointed by Chief Justice Willy Mutunga to hear the case. The court said power lies only with the supreme court. The court however confirmed that matters raised were of serious concern and urged the parties to pursue it through the right channels.
