MORE than 2,400 Kihansi Spray Toads have been reintroduced to their natural environment in Kihansi gorge. The toads had previously faced extinction resulting from massive deaths.
The Lower Kihansi Environmental Management Project Co-ordinator, Ms Amina Kibola, told the 'Daily News on Saturday' in Dar es Salaam on Friday that 2,000 more toads were scheduled for release to the wild over the weekend.
