Egypt: Morsi Chairs Meeting On Telecommunication Sector Upgrade

President Mohamed Morsi held a meeting on Sunday 10/3/2013 with Communications and IT Minister Atef Helmi on how to upgrade Egypt's telecommunication sector.

During the meeting, the Minister reviewed his ministry's plan to upgrade the communications and IT sector in the period between 2013 and 2017.

The meeting also touched on the ministry-backed programs aiming to support exports and develop the potentials of government companies, institutions and NGOs.

Meanwhile, President Morsi reviewed with Civil Aviation Minister Wael Maadawi a plan to develop Egypt Air.
