Luanda — A South African ministerial delegation arrived Monday evening in Luanda to attend the tripartite summit gathering the presidents of Angola, José Eduardo dos Santos, South Africa and DR Congo, Joseph Kabila.
The delegation comprises the ministers of Foreign Affairs, Nkoane Mahe Mashabane, Defence, Nosiviwe Mapisa, and State Security, Siyabonga Twele.
The South African head of State, Jacob Zuma, is expected to arrive later today in the Angolan capital for the meeting.
The Luanda summit is expected to review the situation prevailing in the DRC and reach a concert for the implementation of the framework accord for peace, stability and cooperation in that country of the region.
