Poll petitioners of the just concluded elections wishing to challenge the outcome of the polls will have to wait until the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission(IEBC) gazettes the list of winners.
The exception is the presidential petition which has to be filed with the registrar of the Supreme Court within seven days of the winner being announced. IEBC chairman Isaack Hassan declared Uhuru Kenyatta of the the Jubilee alliance as the president-elect on March 9.
