Maputo — The Mozambican government intends to submit to the country’s parliament, the Assembly of the Republic, a bill creating new municipalities, according to the Minister for State Administration, Carmelita Namashalua.
Speaking to reporters after a hearing on Monday, before the parliamentary commissions on constitutional and legal matters, and on public administration, Namashalua did not say how many new municipalities might be set up.
