A Teso orphan is looking in the skies hoping that God will send angels to rescue him from dropping out of school. Simon Kitiyo, 15, who scored 348 marks at Malaba Township Primary School, is still at home three weeks after form ones reported to school.
He has until today (Tuesday) to report to St Paul's Amukura High School or he forfeits the chance altogether. Shading tears, Kitiyo said his mother died in 2007 while his father passed on before he was born, thus leaving a Good Samaritan to provide him with shelter and food.
