President Goodluck Jonathan, in Damaturu, Yobe State, situated the clamour for amnesty for members of the Boko Haram sect in context when he dismissed a blanket extension of grace called Boko Haram. Except they come out to identify themselves, he noted that amnesty might be impossible.
