Angola: Reserve Bank Explains About New Money Security System

Ekunha — Experts from the National Reserve Bank (BNA) held on Tuesday an explanation meeting on the security level of the new family of Kwanza notes and coins at Ekunha Municipality, central Huambo Province, ANGOP has learnt.

The head of the sector of studies and statistics with the BNA in Huambo, Rosalina Lopes, said similar works will be done in the other eleven municipalities, so that the population know the levels of security and contribute to the fight against money forgery.

In its explanation BNA has been focusing on the most visible security symbols such as water spot, security fibres, HMC elements and the relief.
