Angola: Over 16,000 Forsaken Children Get Assistance

Luanda — At lest 16,621 children under five years of age were assisted by State-run Child institutions between January and February this year in Luanda, under the 11 commitments dedicated to the infant, said provincial director of Social Welfare.

Augusta Dias released Wednesday the information during a lecture entitled "Family Competencies in early childhood," in the light of March/Women celebrations.
