Egypt: Football Team Suffers Worst-Ever Fifa Ranking

The FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association) ranking of Egypt's national football team has dropped this month to the lowest in its history at 75th place.

Egypt's best ranking was in July 2010 where its team occupied 9th place, according to FIFA's official website.

Ivory Coast still leads African teams with 12th place, followed by Ghana, Mali and Nigeria while Algeria leads Arab teams with 34th place followed by Tunisia and Libya.

According to FIFA's official website, the top ten teams are (in order): Spain, Germany, Argentina, England, Italy, Colombia, Portugal, Netherlands, Croatia and Russia.
