Rusape- Voting in Rusape has started off on a peaceful note with the average turnout being 70 people per station. The ZANU-PF and MDC officials who have not been accredited have been asked to observe from a distance of 100metres.
Rusape- At John Cowie polling station in Ward 10 Rusape Central, voting started at 7am and more than 70 people have voted so far. The local observers have arrived but the SADC observers have not yet arrived.
Buhera- Voting has started off on a peaceful note and the voter turnout is an average of 100 people per station.
Gokwe- The voting process is peaceful and there is a large turnout comprising mostly the elderly people.
Zhombe- The voting process is peaceful and though the turnout by the youth is low, the numbers are exceeding 100 people per each polling station.
Kadoma- The youth in Kadoma have turned up in their numbers at the Showgrounds polling station. Voting started off on a peaceful note and there is an average of 65 people at the station.
Zaka- In Zaka at Charuka polling station, the polling station opened at 7am and the voting process is peaceful. The majority of the voters are youths.
Masvingo - At Rujeko administration polling station, the voting process is going on peacefully and the majority of the voters are the youth.
Mudzi-At Nyamakuyo Primary School voting is going on peacefully and SADC observers have arrived at the polling station.
Mutasa- In ward 13 Hauna,voting started at 7am,the turnout is high and there are no observers at the polling station.
Chivi South - In ward 26, at Chihaya polling station, there is high voter turnout with 68% of them being women.
Mazowe- Turn out is very high at Mukosa polling station in Ward 2 Rusinga District. Voting is going on peacefully with the majority of the voters being women. The SADC observers have not yet arrived. On site are the JOMIC observers.
Chivi South- In ward 25, at Mututa polling station, 35 people have been turned away because their paper Identity Documents are defaced.
Chipinge Central- In Ward 6, at Gaza Primary School, ZANU PF officials namely Livingstone Makangara, Fortunate Chijaha, Shara Mwandifura , Ronia Murire and Mudhende a ministry of youth official are taking down details of everyone who has voted at the polling station. They were initially doing it inside the school premises but members of the police confronted them and they relocated to a place just 100m from the school where they are continuing with the process.
