Three men were yesterday charged in a Kitale court for committing robbery with violence. Festo Wakoli, Daniel Masikha and Yusuf Ali denied robbing Isaac Okelo off a mobile phone and Sh5,000 in Kitale town last Saturday.
The three were allegedly armed with a panga when they attacked Okelo. Magistrate Jacinta Owiti ordered the three to be remanded at the Kitale prison after they failed to raise the Sh300,000 bond imposed on them.
