Uganda: Food and Music As PKF Opens New Offices

So, when PKF Uganda, an accounting firm, finally got a home, it decided to celebrate this milestone with a special party that attracted the crème de la crème of Kampala. Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi was the guest of honour on a night where booze flowed endlessly, and with mainly Indian food on the menu.

The events management company, Eclipse Entertainment Limited, did a great job with the sound system, lighting and décor, while Dr Mitch Egwang, the MC, kept the guests smiling. PKF Uganda is now located on Kalamu House along Kira road in Bukoto.

Shortly after Mbabazi arrived, he was led down the red carpet to cut the tape. In his speech, Mbabazi said the presence of such multi-national firms is an indication that the investors appreciate the investment climate in Uganda. PKF operates in other African countries.

Kombat Dancers provided the night's entertainment with their energetic dance moves.

As the wining and dining went on, artiste Rolands Tibirusya did what he does best -capturing the action as it happened on canvas (live painting), which was later autographed by the Prime Minister and the directors of PKF.
