The ICC will tomorrow hold a status conference to discuss the consequences of the withdrawal of the charges against Francis Muthaura for the case against President- elect Uhuru Kenyatta. The conference will also discuss an application by Uhuru seeking to refer the decision on the confirmation of charges back to Pre-Trial Chamber for reconsideration in order to avoid a serious miscarriage of justice in his case.
