Orange pre paid Subscribers can now make reverse charge calls within its network without having to go through an operator. Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Maureen Sande, says subscribers will dial 128 followed by the recipients mobile number to access the new service. The service will request the call recipient to accept the charges, before completing the call.
