Angola: No Polio Case Reported in Two Years

Benguela — Angola has to registered any new case of polio since July 7, 2011, the date of the last notification of this global scourge in the district of Quimbele, northern Uige province, announced on Monday, in Benguela, the Health Minister José Van-Dúnem.

Speaking at the national conference on the health system, the minister said that the country should remain steadfast and vigilant in this final stage of the eradication process.
