Kenya: Victims Lawyer Against Withdrawal of Uhuru's Charges

The withdrawal of charges facing Francis Muthaura at the ICC should not be used to shield president-elect Uhuru Kenyatta according to the Legal representative of victims Fergal Gaynor. He says the evidence brought by the prosecution should be examined individually. The victims' lawyers says the judges should use their powers to ensure Uhuru's government cooperates with the ICC once he's sworn in. Uhuru maintains he will cooperate.
