Kampala — Kyambogo University vice-chancellor Prof. Isaiah Ndiege, on Monday lost a case against the institution. The High Court in Kampala ruled that, his petition protesting that his purported dismissal, was premature.
In the ruling, Justice Benjamin Kabiito noted that the university's council has never reached a decision to dismiss Ndiege, but merely recommended his removal from office.
