Liberia: U.S. Envoy Opens New American Corner in Lofa County

United States Ambassador Deborah Malac officially opened an American Corner in Lofa County, and pledged that the facility will become a dynamic part of the Zorzor Rural Teacher Training Institute (ZRTTI), which hosts the site at Fessibu.

In a speech to 175 Liberian government officials, teachers and students attending the inauguration March 12, the Ambassador said the signing of the memorandum of understanding establishing the Corner reinforces the commitment of the U.S. Government to ZRTTI and to the residents of Lofa County.
