Liberia: Fendell Accident Victims to Be Buried This Week

The remains of the children, aged 13, 15 and 16 who were instantly killed on the Kakata Highway in Fendall recently will be laid to rest this week according to family sources. According to the family, the body of the late Morris Boimah, 15 will be removed from the Abraham Roberts Funeral Home on Thursday and taken to his home town near Weala, Margibi County. The body will be interred on Friday in his home.

The remains of the late Victoria Tokpa, 16 and Helena Tamba, 13, will be taken from the Abraham Roberts Funeral Home on Saturday, March 23, 2013 and taken to the Saye United Methodist Church in Careysburg City for funeral service. The bodies of the two girls will be interred the same day at the Knuckles Family Cemetery.

According to family sources, the three children died in a motor accident recently when a pickup owned by Mr. Willie D. Knuckles was side swept by a truck near Fendall in Mt. Barclay. The victims according to information were traveling to Paynesville Red Light along with their mother who pleaded for a lift from Mr. Knuckles.
