THE Minister for East African Cooperation, Mr Samuel Sitta, blasted the country's representatives to the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) for absconding from meetings since they are not paid allowances.
He also complained that most of the country's MPs in the regional august House are occupied with a number of positions ranging from politics to business and thus have little time to concentrate on issues to be discussed in the EALA. The accusation by Mr Sitta comes just a day after the MPs blamed the Ministry for lack of cooperation.
