Saturday's 3-1 victory recorded by Nigeria's Flying Eagles over their DR Congo counterparts did not only see them qualify for the semi final of the ongoing Africa Youth Championship, it has also secured a World Cup ticket for the John Obuh coached side.
After a nervy start to their title defence with a defeat in the hands of the Junior Eagles of Mali, the Flying Eagles finally got their act together with Saturday's 3-1 victory which has confirmed them as one of the four African representatives at the World Cup Championships billed for Turkey.
