Kigali — China's envoy to Rwanda, Shu Zhan has assured on stronger ties between the two countries even under newly elected president Xi Jinping. The diplomat was speaking during a reception organized by the embassy in Kigali attended by over a hundred Rwandans who have previously benefitted from trainings in China.
"China will continue its support in various capacities to Rwanda to further cement the already good existing bi-lateral relations," said Ambassador Zhan in an interview with East African Business Week.
