Eritrea: Fourth Festival of Eritrean Higher Educational Institutes Concludes

Asmara, 26 March 2013: The 4th Festival of Eritrean Higher Educational Institutes which has been held under the theme 'Our Practical Feats, Transformation for a Higher Awareness and Harmony' from March 21 to 24 at the Eritrean Institute of Technology (EIT) concluded in a colorful manner.

During the conclusion event, the chairperson of the festival, Robel Kebede delivered briefings on the activities that were featured.

In the competition intended to inspire youth develop their skills, creativity and competitiveness in their academics, art, sport and other sectors, the Hamelmalo College of Agriculture was awarded for winning the first prize once again, while the College of Arts and Social Science stood second respectively.

A number of senior government officials, representatives of higher educational institutes, invited guests and students attended the closing ceremony.
