Liberia: Exciting Results From Inter-Ministerial League

The 2013 edition of the Government of Liberia (GoL) Inter-MInisterial, Public Corporations and Agencies League began on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the Samuel Kanyan Doe (SKD) Sports Complex with exciting results.

The Inter-Ministerial, Public Corporations and Agencies League is an annual tournament organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports amongst various line ministries, public corporations and agencies.

The tournament is being played under three sports disciplines. They are: football, kickball and volleyball.

In the first kickball match, the National Transit Authority (NTA) beat the General Auditing Commission (GAC) by 9-7 homes, while defending champions National Social Security and Welfare Corporation (NASSCORP) defeated Ministry of State (MOS) 4-0 in the second encounter.

In volley, NTA forfeited all 50 points to GAC, while NASSCORP beat MOS by 63-52 points.

In the football version, it ended scoreless between NTA and GAC, and the game between NASSCORP and MOS was still 0-0 within press time.
