Nigeria: Man Jailed for Nine Months Over Malicious Damage

Ughelli — MAGISTRATE court sitting in Oleh, Delta State has sentenced one Chief Alex Omuh to nine months imprisonment with hard labour with an option of fine of N30, 000 for a two count charge of misdemeanor and malicious damage.

Omuh and others now at large in the Charge No MCO/360/2011 were accused of damaging a block wall valued at N500, 000 on 22nd January, 2011 at Okieke Lane off Old Olomoro Road.
