Eritrea: Traffic Safety Association Holds Second Congress

Asmara — The Eritrea Traffic Safety Association held its 2nd Congress on March 29 at the Assembly Hall of the National Confederation of Eritrean Workers ( NCEW).

In a speech he delivered at the Congress, Mr.Woldenkiel Abraha, Minister of Transport and Communications, pointed out that the revised Proclamations on Traffic Safety and related directives have been finalized and ready for putting into effect. The Minister further stressed the need for collective effort on the part of concerned institutions towards ensuring gratifying outcome in the process.
