Kenya: Parliament Yet to Set Date for Re-Opening

THE Senate and the National Assembly will begin business in 10 days. The two Houses will control their own calenders once the President gives his state address.

Cabinet Secretaries who were formerly known as Ministers will no longer transact their business in the house. They will appear before a committee of the National Assembly, or the Senate, when required by the committee and answer questions concerning matters they are responsible for.
