Eritrea: Eye Operation Being Conducted in Ti'o and Idi Community Hospitals

Assab — In line with the relentless effort that the branch of the Ministry of Health in the Southern Red Sea has been exerting to expand health services in the region, a successful eye operation was conducted in Ti'o and Idi community hospitals that used to be confined in Assab city.

Among beneficiaries, Ms. Fatuma Yasin and Mr. Saleh Mohammed Ibrahim said that they were compelled to travel to Massawa for eye treatment, and that at present thanks to the efforts on the part of the regional Administration and the Ministry of Health they have managed to get treatment in Ti'o and Idi community hospitals respectively.
