Nairobi — President Mwai Kibaki has asked newly elected governors and their deputies to dedicate their efforts in serving Kenyans and stop wrangling over what he termed as 'needless power.'
Addressing the county leaders who were attending a workshop in Naivasha on Tuesday, the outgoing president pointed out high expectations amongst Kenyans, which he said cannot be achieved if bickering persists.
