THE High Court will start on April 15, this year, hearing the application lodged by Chama Cha Demokrasia na Maendeleo (CHADEMA) Director of Defence and Security Wilfred Lwakatare, seeking nullification of criminal proceedings pending at the Kisutu Resident Magistrate's Court.
Judge Lawrence Kaduri has been assigned to preside over the matter. In the application, Lwakatare is represented by five lawyers, including Peter Kibatala, Tundu Lissu, Nyaronyo Kicheere and Prof Abdallah Safari. They filed the application on March 22, this year, under certificate of urgency.
