Windhoek — No form of art should ever be considered whilst having a barometre in mind because art in itself is sheer honesty, an opinion or often the experience of an artist moulded for clarification.
And this is exactly what makes the current 'Land Matters in Art" art exhibition, currently showcasing at the National Art Gallery of Namibia (NAGN), such a significant event in Namibian history. On the walls of the gallery are manifested artworks in their most complex shade as well as simplified to the smallest grain of paint or a sand blasted leaf.
