Whenever Lillian Nabukwasi, a wholesale trader in hair products at Galiraya plaza, is forced to answer the call of nature, she has to trek to either Gazaland or Majestic plaza. This is because she cannot afford the expensive charges of the washrooms at Galiraya.
"These people are cheats. I can't pay Shs 300 for a short call when I can do the same at Shs 100 somewhere else," she says.
