Egypt President Withdraws All Complaints Against Journalists

Egyptian President Mohamed Mursi has ordered the withdrawal of all legal complaints filed by his "legal staff" against journalists, his spokesman said on Wednesday.
Spokesman Ihab Fahmy added on the official account of the president's office on Twitter that the prosecutor general "operates independently from the presidency."
