President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf says developing nations will reduce the cost and challenges of poverty and concentrate on other aspects of national development only when they invest in early child education and development.
She said it was in realization of this that her administration has set crucial goals for child education and development through well-coordinated education and health policy initiatives.
