Liberia Is in a 'Darkness of Poverty' - Ex-Nocal Boss

The former Chief Executive Officer(CEO)and President of the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL), Mr. Christopher Neor, has asserted that Liberia is currently in a "darkness of poverty". According to him, despite the numerous resources the country has, Liberians continue to lack basic necessities, including access to safe drinking water and better sanitation.

He said there is "no excuse" that can adequately explain while numerous towns, villages and communities in Liberia lack access to safe drinking water with the huge wealth and resources in the country.
