Egypt: Prosecution Appeal in Mubarak Illicit Gain Case Accepted

North Cairo Criminal Court headed by Counselor Mohamed Amer Gado on Monday 22/4/2013 accepted the Prosecution's appeal against a court ruling releasing former president Hosni Mubarak pending illicit gain authority investigations,whereby he will remain in jail.

Prosecutor-General Talaat Abdullah had ordered to appeal against the court ruling on releasing the former president.
