Egypt: Military Spokesman Denies Reports Over Military Helicopter Crash

Military spokesman Colonel Ahmed Ali has denied reports over a military helicopter crash in Sharq Al-Owainat on Saturday 20/4/2013.
In a statement posted on his official page on Facebook on Sunday 21/4/2013, Ali said that during a regular patrol on Saturday evening to secure the southern border, a military Mi-17 helicopter made an emergency landing in Sharq Al-Owainat due to a technical malfunction in one of its engines. "No casualties or damage were reported, Ali stressed.
