Angola: Delegation to CPLP Meeting Returns Home

Maputo — The Minister of Public Administration, Labour and Social Security, António Pitra Neto, returned to the country on Thursday, after attending on 25 April in Maputo (Mozambique) the 12th meeting of CPLP's Labour and Social Affairs Ministers.

The State Secretary for Assistance and Social Reintegration, Mateus Miguel Ângelo "Vietnam", who also attended the meeting in Mozambique, returned to the country, too.

The 12th meeting of CPLP Labour and Social Affairs happened under the motto "The challenges in the Social Protection to Achieve Food and Nutritional Safety", discussing issues like "Social Security ", "Food and Hygiene safety " and "Safety at Work ".

The meeting was preceded by an experts session on 23-24 April, where they prepared the document that is "Maputo Declaration".

CPLP comprises Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Sao Tome and Principe, Mozambique, East Timor and Guinea-Bissau, which did not attend this ministerial meeting.
