(b) be a member of the Council of Ministers;

(c) be a member of the Security Council; and

(d) perform any other function or duty that may be assigned to him or her by the President.

As part of the decree, the President also suspended the national reconciliation process which was re-scheduled for June after it was first set to launch this month. The Vice President initiated the reconciliation process.
