The Foreign Polytechnic Project, a partnership between a United Kingdom-based tertiary institution and the Bomadi Vicariate of the Catholic Church, has suffered financial setback in its efforts to complete the permanent site building at Bomadi, Bomadi Local Government Area of Delta State.
Speaking to newsmen at Bomadi, Bishop of the Vicariate, Most Rev. Hyacinth Egbebo, said the building project had been stalled at the moment because the N15 million needed to complete same could not be accessed.
