Aspiring student representatives lodged an urgent chamber application before the High Court on Friday after they were disqualified by University of Zimbabwe authorities from contesting polls to choose the institution's student leaders.
The hopefuls, who are students at the UZ, were fielded by national student body ZINASU, to contest the presidency of the Students Representative Council (SRC).
