Africa: CSEA Emerges Best Research Group in Africa

The Global Development Network (GDN) has named Nigeria's Centre for the Study of the Economies of Africa (CSEA) as the best research institute in Africa as part of efforts to strengthen institutions to improve public expenditure accountability in developing countries.

CSEA-a non-profit think tank and research centre, which conducts high quality, applied research on economic policy issues in Nigeria and the rest of Africa, places emphasis on policy-relevant research on issues around public financial management and governance, macroeconomic management, trade investment and inclusive growth, poverty alleviation, social protection, and social safety nets, as well as energy and environment.
