ChildFund's PROTECT Project has trained 120 Government officials on the issue of child trafficking to support the Government of The Gambia's efforts to combat trafficking in persons in the country. ChildFund's PROTECT Project is an initiative working in close partnership with the Government of The Gambia, non-governmental actors and communities to develop a national child protection system for the prevention of and response to child trafficking in The Gambia.
