Not less than N3 billion has been spent to upgrade and develop the facilities in the inland container depot (ICD), located at Lilypond, Ijora, Lagos, THISDAY has learnt.
ICD, which is presently promoted by the Nigerian Shippers Council (NSC) across the country, is meant to ease decongestion in the seaports, provide employment opportunities and enhance infrastructural development.
